1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Trendwave, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Trendwave's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Subscription Services

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium" subscription). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

3.1 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Subscription prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice

3.2 Free Trials

• We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers
• You must provide valid payment information to start a trial
• Your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period unless cancelled
• Trial periods cannot be combined with other promotions
• We reserve the right to limit or revoke trial eligibility at any time

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile page or the Stripe customer portal
• Cancellations take effect at the END of your current billing period - you will NOT lose access immediately
• You will retain Premium access until the end of your paid period
• No automatic refunds for unused time - canceling does not trigger a prorated refund
• Annual subscriptions are NOT prorated if cancelled mid-year
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time before the end date
• After the cancellation date, your account will revert to the free tier

3.4 Refund Policy

• General Rule: We do NOT provide refunds for unused subscription time
• Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
  • Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our technical issues
  • You were incorrectly charged due to our billing error
  • Required by applicable law in your jurisdiction
  • At our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis
• To request a refund, contact us through Discord or support channels within 14 days of the charge
• All refund requests are reviewed individually and decisions are final

3.5 Payment Failures

• If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge
• Your Premium access may be suspended if payment cannot be collected
• You are responsible for updating payment information if your card expires or changes
• Repeated payment failures may result in permanent subscription cancellation

4. User Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Trendwave's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Trendwave makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

IMPORTANT: Trendwave provides analytics and tracking tools only. We do not provide financial advice.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Trendwave or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Trendwave's website.

8. Modifications

Trendwave may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
